- We are seeking an experienced and customer-centric Customer Success Consultant Manager to lead our Customer Success function and ensure exceptional client outcomes.
- This role is responsible for managing a team of Customer Success Consultants, strengthening customer relationships, driving retention and growth, and delivering strategic guidance that helps clients maximize the value of our products and services.
- The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with a passion for customer advocacy, business growth, and operational excellence.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Consultants to achieve performance objectives and service excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Develop and execute customer success strategies focused on customer retention, satisfaction, and account growth.
- Monitor customer health, engagement, and adoption metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Manage escalated customer concerns and ensure timely, effective resolution.
- Conduct business reviews and strategic consultations with clients to align solutions with their goals.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Analyze customer feedback and success metrics to improve processes, products, and service delivery.
- Prepare and present performance reports, customer insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- ✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Previous leadership or people management experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Experience with CRM platforms, customer success software, and reporting tools.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and performance metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
