💼 Level: Mid-Level / Senior Level

  • We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Success Consultant Manager to lead and develop our Customer Success team.
  • In this role, you will oversee customer relationships, drive client retention and satisfaction, and ensure customers achieve maximum value from our products and services.
  • You will play a key role in developing customer success strategies, mentoring team members, and supporting long-term business growth through exceptional customer experiences.
  • 🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Customer Success Consultants to achieve performance goals.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies that improve customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential risks or concerns.
  • Oversee customer onboarding, adoption, and account growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to management on customer success performance and trends.
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, or a related role.
  • Previous leadership or team management experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and performance metrics.
