We’re seeking a strategic and customer-focused Customer Success Consultant Manager to lead our customer success operations and drive exceptional client experiences.
In this role, you will oversee a team of Customer Success Consultants, develop customer engagement strategies, and ensure clients achieve measurable value from our products and services.
You will play a key role in improving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Consultants to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute customer success strategies that drive retention, engagement, and account growth.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks and opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic consultations with customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to optimize the customer journey.
- Oversee onboarding, adoption, renewal, and customer advocacy programs.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service and product improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations on customer success performance, retention rates, and business outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement of customer success processes, systems, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Previous leadership or team management experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and customer success platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and business value.
