Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and disembarkation.
• Verify tickets, issue boarding passes, and check luggage.
• Provide flight information on schedules, delays, cancellations, and gate changes.
• Resolve passenger enquiries about schedules, fares, and policies.
• Ensure safety and security compliance, including passenger and luggage screening.
• Coordinate with airport personnel to support operations, emergencies, delays, and disruptions.
• Assist with aircraft cabin cleaning as required.

• Hold a valid Australian driver's license and have reliable transport.
• Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold unrestricted Australian work rights.
• Be available for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
