Job Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems; Salesforce or CRM experience preferred. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation. • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently under minimal supervision. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong teamwork, diplomacy, and collaboration across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Four (4) years of experience in a Sales Support or Customer Service role. • Previous work experience in sales support. • Knowledge and experience using SAP.
