Role overview
Customer Services Advisors are the first point of contact for 140,000 customers.
The role involves owning and resolving customer queries and providing support.
Hours and schedule
- The positions are full time at 37 hours per week.
- Work is arranged on a rota between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Workplace
- The first six months are based in the Basingstoke office.
- Hybrid working may be offered after the first six months.
Compensation and progression
- The starting salary is £25,936.
- A progression programme offers additional responsibility, training and salary increases as skills develop.
