We are looking for a motivated **Customer Service Support Specialist** to join our team and provide technical and operational assistance across our products and services.

About The Role
As a **Customer Service Support Specialist**, you will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of support activities.
You will also contribute to internal process improvements and support operations teams as needed.
This is a **development-focused role**, designed for someone who can grow into project, support, or business-facing responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle **inbound and outbound client calls** and email inquiries.
- Assist clients with **technical issues**, including software installation, VPN, and antivirus setup.
- Conduct **online walkthroughs and training sessions** for clients.
- Maintain and update **CRM, service desk, and ticketing systems**.
- Generate **reports, dashboards, and perform basic data analysis**.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Assist with **system and process maintenance** and participate in onboarding and training of new processes.
- Maintain **accurate records of client interactions** and support tasks in company systems.
- Contribute to **process improvements** and cross-functional support initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient in **MS Office applications**.
- Fluent in **English** (Arabic is a plus).
- **Computer-savvy**, with experience installing and configuring software and basic troubleshooting.
- Experience in **customer service or training**, both face-to-face and online.
- Familiarity with **CRM, service desk, and ticketing systems**.
- Ability to **handle multiple tasks simultaneously** and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong **communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills**.
- Experience with **SQL/database management** is preferred.
- Willingness to **learn new products and processes** and participate in cross-functional projects.
- Valid **UAE work visa** and available for immediate start.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
