Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Customer Service Specialist will respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about immigration services, processes, and documentation requirements.
The role involves managing client cases in coordination with internal teams, updating records in company systems, and ensuring timely follow-up on all requests.
The specialist will handle appointment scheduling, prepare basic client communications, and support the collection and verification of documents.
Daily responsibilities also include maintaining a professional reception area, escalating complex issues to senior staff, and contributing to continuous improvement of the client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong client-facing skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience.
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction while managing multiple client requests.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and clear, polite communication across all channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience in immigration, legal, consulting, or related service industries preferred.
- Proficiency with office software and CRM or case management systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and collaborate within a diverse team.
