Job Role Description: We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is ambitious and exceptional to become part of our team at the company headquarters in Riyadh. This role is a full-time position requiring daily presence, where the employee will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing inquiries, providing technical and administrative support via phone and email, and ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and professionally to guarantee a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and handle daily customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Provide direct support through phone calls and official correspondence.
- Work to enhance customer satisfaction through tailored and effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure complex issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintain the company's distinguished image by adhering to quality standards and excellence.
Skills
Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to communicate and build positive relationships with clients.
Languages: Full proficiency in both Arabic and English (speaking and writing).
Communication Etiquette: Complete professionalism in telephone interactions and effective listening skills.
Problem Solving: Quick thinking and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Commitment: Ability to work full-time from the company headquarters in Riyadh.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or similar leadership roles is preferred.
