Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong English proficiency, and previous experience in customer service and sales.
Candidates with healthcare industry experience will be preferred.
The candidate must be flexible with shifts and capable of handling customer inquiries while contributing to sales growth.

Responsibilities
