Qualifications and Experience

  • ? Must be able to sit for up to 6-9 hours daily to perform job duties ? Must be available evenings, weekends as holidays as required by the needs of the business – one weekend day per week is required for all CSR positions. ? Must be able to stoop, squat, bend and/or twist to perform various job functions ? Must be able to stand intermittently and occasionally climb up and down one flight of stairs as needed to get to conference room. ? Must be able to reach overhead, forward, back and down to perform various job functions ? Must be able to have corrected vision to
  • 1. Be aware of surroundings and location of resources and tools needed; 2. Answer telephone switchboard
  • ? Must be able to read computer monitors, invoices, posted notifications, etc. in order to perform various job functions ? Environmental conditions:
  • 1. Must be able to work around noise and/or vibration generated by the truck and other equipment 2. Must be able to work around fumes, dust, gases and odors.
  • ? Must be able to work in cold warehouse environments (33°- 56°F) as required by the job ? Must be alert and able to identify a hazard, should one occur, by reporting immediately or, if directed, by taking corrective measures

Education and Skills

  • ? High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred ? Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) ? Strong organizational skills ? Strong interpersonal skills (outgoing, positive attitude, enthusiastic)
