Overview

The objective of the position:

To provide exceptional support and a remarkable customer experience by responding to inquiries and delivering specialized technical advice regarding beauty products, skincare, body, and makeup through phone communication and social media platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing brand loyalty.

Main Responsibilities

  • Technical and advisory support:
  • Provide precise consultations to customers regarding products (ingredients, benefits, and usage methods) based on skin type or body needs.
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable makeup grades or complete skincare routines.
  • 1.
  • Managing communication channels:
  • Promptly respond to incoming phone calls and effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Manage responses to messages and comments on platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business) in a manner that reflects the company’s identity.

  • Managing requests:
  • Receive and coordinate incoming purchase requests via social media and ensure their accurate entry into the system.
  • Track shipment status with logistics companies and provide customers with necessary updates.

  • Handling complaints:
  • Address customer complaints or issues related to products with professionalism and provide satisfactory and prompt solutions.

  • Development and inventory monitoring:
  • Submit periodic reports to management regarding frequent inquiries or customer feedback on products.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and beauty products.

Skills

  • Job requirements:
  • Educational qualification: Diploma or equivalent (preferably in management, marketing, or beauty).
  • Work experience: At least two years in customer service, specifically in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care sectors.
  • Technical skills:
  • Deep knowledge of skincare and makeup basics.
  • Proficiency in using customer service management (CRM) systems and social media applications.
  • Personal skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (clear voice, correct Arabic language, ability to persuade).
  • Patience and ability to handle different personality types.
  • Speed and accuracy in writing and responding.
