We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative based out of our New York City branch.

What You’ll Be Doing
Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients
Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments
Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts
Manage administrative requests and tasks
Provide proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner
Deliver accurate service and sales information
Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications
Respond to leads and referrals
Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines
Assist in scheduling of service routes
Produce accurate and timely reports
Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory
Assist in training of new team members as requested/needed
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a client-facing customer service professional with patience, accountability, and a genuine passion for providing a quality customer service experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are crucial to our business.
If you are a collaborative partner with a strong work ethic who can appreciate a fast-paced environment and values providing support while assisting others, this may be the right fit for you.
High school degree or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age
Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills and a bility to manage multiple priorities, i.e. multi-task
Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co-workers

Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
