We're looking for a F ull -Time Customer Service Representative to bring warmth, efficiency, and energy to our front desk.

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism, in person and over the phone
• Schedule and confirm appointments, keeping the day running smoothly
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts in our digital systems
• Answer client questions with clarity and calm, especially when pet parents are stressed
• Process payments and handle day-to-day front-desk administrative tasks
• Coordinate between clients and the clinical team so nothing falls through the cracks
• Help create a five-star experience from the first phone call to the final tail wag

• 1-2 years of customer service or veterinary front-desk experience
• A people person who loves creating great client experiences
• Organized and detail-obsessed, comfortable juggling appointments, records, and communication
• A calm, kind multitasker who stays cool during the busiest moments
• Tech-savvy and confident navigating digital systems and patient charts
• A clear, compassionate communicator, especially under pressure
• Eager to grow in a hospital that invests in training, CE, and team culture

• Full-time, Day shift
• 10-hour shifts
• Rotating weekends
• Holiday coverage as part of the rotation
