Customer Service Representative
Role Overview
The Central Planner is responsible for coordinating customer order fulfillment across multiple regions to ensure customer requirements and business priorities are met.
This role serves as a key link between customers, regions, operations, and production planning.
The Central Planner participates in order creation and maintenance, customer and business communications, fulfillment monitoring, data analysis, and the resolution of supply-related challenges.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Two or more years of experience in planning, supply chain, customer order management, logistics, operations, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with production and order management systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.Empathize with users to provide compassionate, succinct, relatable support, with a focus on building customer loyalty
