When a homeowner calls Peterman Brothers, they need someone who listens, takes ownership, and helps them get the service they need. That is where you come in. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first voice our customers hear. You will answer inbound calls, book appointments, solve problems, and make sure every customer feels taken care of. If you are upbeat, dependable, comfortable in a fast paced environment, and love helping people, we want to meet you. You will earn $18 per hour plus spiffs, with opportunities to grow your career at Peterman Brothers.

Monday through Friday schedule
Shift options: 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM

What You Will Do
- Answer inbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Book service appointments accurately and capture the details our technicians need
- Explain next steps and set clear expectations for customers
- Make outbound calls to members to schedule preventative maintenance and help fill the schedule
- De-escalate difficult conversations and focus on solutions
- Document customer interactions using multiple systems and tools
- Follow call standards and meet expectations for quality, accuracy, and productivity
- Know when to escalate a concern and work with the right team to resolve it
- Other duties as assigned
