Role overview
Seeking a confident, customer-focused team member for customer service and indoor and outdoor sales.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Handle indoor office or showroom sales and outdoor sales through client visits and site meetings.
- Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams and keep customer records updated.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or sales; UAE experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
- Be presentable and organised, and be comfortable meeting clients outside the office.
- A UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person; the role includes outdoor client visits and site meetings.
