Overview

WE ARE HIRING – CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with company formation, visa, and business setup inquiries
  • Handle customer requests professionally and efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain client records and documentation
  • Follow up with clients regarding applications and service updates
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree preferred

✔ Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in customer service, business setup, or related field

✔ Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

✔ Strong computer skills (MS Office)

✔ Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
