Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, result- Client Engagement Coordinator

with experience in client management and coordination within the UAE market.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in

Business Setup, Accounting, Audit, or Tax Services Industry in the UAE

(mandatory) and must have worked in a

target-oriented environment

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end client management and coordination
  • Manage pre-sales and post-sales activities
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, and networking
  • Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Provide excellent customer support and timely follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Mandatory experience in UAE Business Setup, Accounting, Audit, or Tax services
  • Prior experience in a target-driven / sales-oriented role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong client handling and coordination skills
  • Experience in lead generation and deal closing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, confident, and performance-focused attitude
  • Immediate joiners preferred
