***Position Details:***
✅ Job Title: Customer Happiness Consultant
✅ Location: Dubai
✅ Vacancies: 4 Positions
✅ Gender: Open to All (Male & Female)
✅ Employment Type: Full-Time
***Compensation:***
✅ Total Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 (based on experience) + Commission
✅ Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
***Academic Qualifications:***
✅ Bachelor's degree in any field
✅ Bachelor's degree in Law is Preferred and an added advantage
***Experience:***
✅ Preferred: 1–2 years of experience at Al Adheed Center/ Dubai Court System
✅ Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are also welcome to apply
***Customer S*****ervice & Communication**
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and/or English
· Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
· Active listening and problem-solving skills
***Legal & Court Knowledge***
· Familiarity with Dubai Courts procedures and services
· Basic understanding of UAE legal terminology and documentation
· Knowledge of Al Dheed Center services and operations
***Technical Skills***
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Experience with government service systems or court management software
· Data entry and record-keeping accuracy
***Soft Skills***
· Positive attitude and professional appearance
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Team player with the ability to work independently
· Patience, empathy, and a people-first mindset
***Administrative Skills***
· Attention to detail in handling legal documents and case files
· Ability to follow procedures and comply with government regulations
· Multitasking across different service requests simultaneously
