Role Description
The Customer Service Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The person in this role will handle incoming inquiries from clients, provide accurate information about governmental services and procedures, and assist with the status and requirements of transactions.
Responsibilities include responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person queries, documenting client interactions, and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and governmental offices, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, and supporting a positive client experience throughout the service process.
The Customer Service Representative will be expected to contribute to continuous improvement in service quality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Previous experience in PRO work (government transactions, visa processing, and related services)
✔ Good knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and government portals
✔ Ability to handle client interactions and provide excellent service
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
