Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized **Administrative Assistant** to join our team in Doha.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communications
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and records
  • Support data entry and basic office tasks
  • Assist different departments as needed

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email tools)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage, but not required

Salary
