We are seeking a reliable and organized **Administrative Assistant** to join our team in Doha.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communications
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and records
- Support data entry and basic office tasks
- Assist different departments as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email tools)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Good attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage, but not required
Salary
- **18 – 25 QAR/hour** (depending on experience)
