A **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** helps customers by answering questions, solving problems, processing orders, and handling complaints through phone, email, chat, or in person.
Main Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries politely and professionally
Resolve complaints and provide solutions
Process orders, returns, refunds, or account updates
Maintain customer records in company systems
Escalate complex issues to supervisors
Follow company policies and service standards
Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
