Overview
Clothivia Trading W.L.L. is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused **Customer Service Representative** to join our growing team.
If you are fluent in Arabic, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and comfortable using modern business and AI tools, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Respond to customer questions professionally in both Arabic and English.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and customer complaints efficiently.
- Manage customer orders and updates through Shopify.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports.
- Use Microsoft Office applications for daily administrative tasks.
- Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, draft customer responses, generate reports, and streamline workflows.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and represent the Clothivia brand professionally.
Requirements
- Fluent in **Arabic & English** (speaking, reading, and writing) – **Mandatory**
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience using **Shopify**.
- Familiarity with **AI tools** such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service or e-commerce experience is preferred.
- Currently residing in Qatar is an advantage.
