CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Respond to customer questions professionally in both Arabic and English.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and customer complaints efficiently.
• Manage customer orders and updates through Shopify.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports.
• Use Microsoft Office applications for daily administrative tasks.
• Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, draft customer responses, generate reports, and streamline workflows.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and represent the Clothivia brand professionally.

Requirements

• Fluent in **Arabic & English** (speaking, reading, and writing) – **Mandatory**
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using **Shopify**.
• Familiarity with **AI tools** such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service or e-commerce experience is preferred.
• Currently residing in Qatar is an advantage.
