Role overview
Telesales Representative responsible for outbound calls, promoting products or services, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.
- Promote and sell products or services and close sales.
- Handle customer questions and objections.
- Update customer records in the system.
Requirements
- Good communication and sales skills; comfortable talking on the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English, Arabic, Hindi, and Malayalam is a plus.
Compensation
- Basic salary plus commissions; stated pay is AED 3,000–8,000 per month.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday off.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
