Role overview
Full-time Customer Service Representative role with Flomic Balikbayan Cargo in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and shipment concerns while delivering customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with booking pick-up and delivery of balikbayan boxes.
- Respond to inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about rates, schedules, and promotions.
- Occasionally go live on Facebook or TikTok to promote services and engage customers.
- Support marketing activities as needed.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Update customer records and prepare basic reports.
- Promote company services and special offers.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Confident and presentable on social media live.
- Good communication skills in English; Tagalog is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Energetic, friendly, and customer-oriented.
- Must currently be based in the UAE.
