Job Summary
Maharah Human Resources Company is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
You will serve as a key point of contact between the company and our valued customers, ensuring seamless communication and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information about company services and policies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Ensure follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is beneficial.
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage difficult situations calmly and efficiently.
- Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
