Overview

  • Act as the first point of contact for Arabic-speaking customers, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Educate customers on product features, services, and policies, ensuring a clear understanding and promoting customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to products, services, or accounts with accuracy and empathy.
  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions meticulously in the CRM system for tracking and analysis.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights, relaying them to management to contribute to service and product improvements.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer needs and concerns.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and build strong customer relationships.
  • Adhere to company service standards, scripts, and procedures while maintaining a personalized approach.
  • Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance metrics and participating in training sessions.
