- Handle B2B customer inquiries from sales representatives and walk-in clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Process orders and coordinate with the sales team.
- Assist customers with product details and availability.
- Follow up on deliveries and resolve any customer issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare quotations, book sales orders, and ensure inventory availability.
- Follow up on payments as per company policy.
- Register new customers and coordinate contract creation for profile setup.
