Customer Service & Printing Machine Operator (Front Desk)
About This Role
We are looking for a professional and reliable individual to handle both front desk customer service and clothing printing operations. The role requires someone confident in dealing with members and experienced in operating printing machines for gym merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome members and visitors at the front desk and provide excellent customer service
- Handle inquiries related to memberships, services, and general gym information
- Support basic sales communication and guide customers when needed
- Operate clothing printing machines (t-shirts, gym merchandise, etc.)
- Ensure high-quality printing results and proper machine usage
- Handle basic maintenance and troubleshooting of printing equipment
- Assist members with printing requests and orders
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of both the reception and printing areas
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service/receptionist role is required
- Experience with clothing printing machines is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask between front desk and technical tasks
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
