🌟 Customer Service & Public Relations Specialist

About The Role

We're looking for a polished, people-first professional to be the voice

of Eltizam — managing client relationships, handling inquiries with

excellence, and strengthening our public image across every touchpoint.

Customer Service

  • Respond to client inquiries across WhatsApp, email, phone, and social
  • media within agreed SLAs
  • Onboard new clients and walk them through our services & processes
  • Resolve complaints with empathy, ownership, and speed
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM (HubSpot / Zoho / similar)
  • Collect feedback (NPS / CSAT) and flag recurring issues to leadership
  • Coordinate with the marketing & sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs

Public Relations

  • Manage relationships with media, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Draft press releases, official statements, and announcements (AR/EN)
  • Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking activities
  • Monitor brand mentions and online reputation
  • Build and maintain a media contacts database
  • Support internal communications and company announcements

Requirements

✅ 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, PR, or Account Management

✅ Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills

✅ Strong writing skills (press releases, professional emails, social copy)

✅ Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)

✅ Calm under pressure — handles difficult conversations with grace

✅ Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field

✅ Saudi national or transferable Iqama (Riyadh-based)

Nice To Have

  • Experience in a marketing / digital agency environment
  • Media relations & event management background
  • Familiarity with social listening tools (Meltwater, Brand24, Talkwalker)
  • Crisis communication experience
