Customer Service
- Respond to client inquiries across WhatsApp, email, phone, and social
- media within agreed SLAs
- Onboard new clients and walk them through our services & processes
- Resolve complaints with empathy, ownership, and speed
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM (HubSpot / Zoho / similar)
- Collect feedback (NPS / CSAT) and flag recurring issues to leadership
- Coordinate with the marketing & sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Public Relations
- Manage relationships with media, partners, and key stakeholders
- Draft press releases, official statements, and announcements (AR/EN)
- Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking activities
- Monitor brand mentions and online reputation
- Build and maintain a media contacts database
- Support internal communications and company announcements

Requirements
✅ 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, PR, or Account Management
✅ Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Strong writing skills (press releases, professional emails, social copy)
✅ Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
✅ Calm under pressure — handles difficult conversations with grace
✅ Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field
✅ Saudi national or transferable Iqama (Riyadh-based)
Nice To Have
- Experience in a marketing / digital agency environment
- Media relations & event management background
- Familiarity with social listening tools (Meltwater, Brand24, Talkwalker)
- Crisis communication experience
