Customer Service Operations Specialist
About This Role
- Handling customer communication via calls, email, and WhatsApp etc.
- Responding to inquiries and providing appropriate solutions.
- Managing service bookings and scheduling.
- Coordinating with drivers, supervisors, and cleaning staff.
- Preparing operational reports and tracking records.
- Following up on payments and customer accounts.
- Preferred female candidate
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
