Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and professional *Customer Service Officer* to join our growing team in Doha.
Requirements
- Minimum *4 years of Customer Service experience*
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must know *all roads, areas, and locations in Doha* very well
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and bookings professionally
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and email communication)
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, messages, and inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate daily bookings
- Assist customers professionally and resolve issues quickly
- Communicate effectively with staff and management
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction at all times
Salary
QR 3,000 per month
Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month
