Responsibilities
- Follow up with internal and external customers to meet monthly sales targets and increase sales turnover by securing additional laundry orders.
- Support branch staff in managing daily laundry operations.
- Prepare sales quotations and negotiate new laundry contracts.
- Manage social media and brand-awareness activities.
- Conduct customer loyalty and retention activities.
- Coordinate delivery and customer order schedules with staff and drivers.
- Manage online orders and update order statuses.
- Conduct telemarketing, seek new customers, and monitor or update Google and social media marketing.
- Follow up on new customer inquiries and convert them into sales, including web and Google inquiries.
- Handle billing, invoicing, credit follow-up, and payment collection.
- Prepare driver work schedules and coordinate supplier orders.
- Obtain customer reviews and feedback.
Requirements
- At least three years of customer service experience is required.
- English is required.
- High school education or equivalent is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
