Role overview
This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with flexibility to work from home.
The role combines customer service leadership with store or resource center management for the SAAR platform.
Responsibilities
- Oversee customer interactions, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and support a positive user experience.
- Supervise customer service operations, manage store or resource center activities, and monitor service quality.
- Maintain orderly processes and documentation; coordinate with internal teams and implement customer feedback.
- Support loss prevention in physical or online store environments and improve service standards.
- Lead by example, support team members, and uphold supportive, inclusive engagement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service and customer satisfaction skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Store management experience covering daily operations, inventory, and staff coordination.
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention practices.
- Customer-facing experience in education, nonprofit, or service-oriented organizations is an advantage.
- Ability to manage priorities in a hybrid environment and strong organizational, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
- A related diploma or degree is preferred.
