The Customer Service Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing customer service operations and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
This role includes managing customer support processes, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining service standards across communication channels.
The manager will analyze customer feedback, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency.
Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with internal teams, developing customer service procedures, training and supporting customer-facing staff, and preparing reports for leadership.
The role requires proactive communication, clear documentation, and consistent follow-up with clients to build trust and long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Excellent Communication abilities for interacting with customers and internal teams through verbal and written channels.
- Experience leading or supervising customer service teams, preferably in consulting, construction, or related industries.
- Proficiency with CRM or customer support platforms and basic office productivity tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
