Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication skills, The candidate should be **fluent in English.**
  • **Responsible for providing excellent customer service via telephone and Email.**
  • **Excellent in Drafting Emails and chats.**
  • **Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with the corporates and individuals.**
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Patience and tolerance Working under pressure.
  • Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Requirements

  • Proven **Experience of 1-2 Years** in Customer Service, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
