The Customer Service Executive will handle post sales buyer relationships, contract execution, and the end to end customer journey.
This role is critical in maintaining the high standards expected by buyers within our ultra premium residential portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for property buyers, ensuring an elite level of communication and responsiveness throughout the ownership lifecycle.
- Manage the administration of SPA contracts, assignment agreements, and property registration processes in compliance with Dubai Land Department regulations.
- Facilitate the payment collection process, financial reconciliation conversations, and notice issuance in coordination with the finance team.
- Coordinate the booking of orientation and handover appointments, guiding high net worth individuals through their final delivery journey.
- Resolve complex customer grievances, escalating structural issues when necessary while maintaining a solutions oriented, positive attitude.
Required Profile
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of dedicated customer service experience within the Dubai real estate sector, specifically working with developers.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a proven ability to interact with ultra high net worth clients.
- Strong working knowledge of local real estate regulations, contract execution, and CRM systems.
- High emotional intelligence, energy, and a resilient, positive attitude under pressure.
