Job Description
Star Business Centre is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will handle client relations, coordinate office operations, manage basic maintenance requests, and ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Coordinate and supervise basic maintenance and facility-related tasks
- Liaise with maintenance staff and service providers to ensure timely issue resolution
- Manage and support a small team or coordinate with operational staff when required
- Ensure smooth office operations and high service standards
- Perform general administrative duties
Requirements
- **Male candidates only**
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or office coordination
- Ability to manage or coordinate people and day-to-day tasks
- Experience handling or coordinating maintenance-related work is required
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibility
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
