Client

Our client is a European multinational company specializing in manufacturing and retail of luxury skincare and fragrances.

This is an amazing family-owned business with a loyal client base throughout the world.

Summary Of Role

The client is looking for a pro-active corporate Customer Service Executive for their B2B customers in the region.

Excel skills are very important for the role (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc), and they need someone who can work independently and cover CS, some inventory management and stock management.

Product registration procedures knowledge is a massive plus (MONTAJI, ESMA).

Another big plus is if you are from the cosmetics industry.

If you are not, it still has to be retail or distribution of products.

Core Tasks

  • Process customer orders and follow up with customers
  • Issue the invoices in the system
  • Stock management and control evaluation and analysis to be done (slow moving items and one shots)
  • Follow the delivery of the purchase orders as well as the inventory in our external warehouse
  • Run day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks
  • Place monthly product purchases orders to head office
  • Forecast the products quantities per reference twice per year for the production
  • Help the marketing on the yearly one-shot products to be forecasted (MONTAJI, ESMA)
  • Montaji and registration of products procedures
  • Support with local team on daily tasks that may occur

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in supply chain / logistics / customer service and stock management (cosmetics industry is preferable)
  • Capacity to handle the inventory management
  • Knowledge of the cosmetics world and perfumes is a plus
  • Fluent English (writing and speaking).
  • Knowledge of D365 an asset
  • Excellent command of

Excel

  • Well organized (planning, priority, respect of the deadlines) and customer oriented
  • Knowledge in Microsoft dynamics is an asset
