Job Summary
The Customer Care Coordinator will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior, building sustainable relationships, and engaging customers by taking the extra business.
Responsibilities
- Manage a group of companies.
- Receiving customer requests, such as operational requirements, closing contracts, maintenance, and accident requests.
- Answering customer calls, listening to their concerns, and solving problems.
- Process all customer requests, by giving high responses to the inquiries and requests, accurately and efficiently.
- Create the request on the system to the concerned department, then advise the customer to the assigned workshop.
- Ensures that all customer transactions are executed in line with company policy, and any customer issues must be addressed appropriately and promptly to the customer service Manager to be solved.
- Assist and cooperate with the Customer service Manager and implement all policies according to the business demands.
- Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the customer service Manager, to meet department objectives.
- Coordinate with operation staff and manage to provide support.
- Provide reports to the management and keep records of all conversations for future needs.
Qualification
- High School Education.
- Medium English language.
- Must be Saudi.
