Role overview
GFS Developments is hiring a Recovery Team – Customer Service Executive in its Recovery / Customer Service department.
The role focuses on customer follow-ups, payment recovery, and outstanding collections while maintaining professional client relationships.
Customer recovery and service
- Contact customers regarding outstanding payments and overdue installments.
- Follow up regularly through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications, payment commitments, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and payment-related issues professionally.
- Follow up on agreed payment plans and ensure commitments are met.
- Escalate unresolved or high-risk cases to the relevant manager.
Coordination and reporting
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service teams regarding outstanding payments.
- Update CRM systems and recovery reports accurately and on time.
- Support the team in achieving monthly recovery and collection targets.
- Prepare regular reports on pending payments, recovered amounts, and outstanding cases.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Recovery, Collections, or Real Estate.
- Previous experience in the UAE real estate industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and organized, with the ability to work under pressure.
