YOUR ROLE
- We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Eagle Farm team. The successful applicant will need to be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing to a wide variety of people, have empathy for others, not be afraid to roll their sleeves up and "muck in" and possess the ability to provide our customers with the level of service expected within our industry.
- Customer Service experience in a similar environment would be beneficial, however, it is not just about the experience – BUT it is all about the right attitude!
Key responsibilities and desirable skills include
- Focus on doing what is right for the customer.
- Willingness to pick up the phone and make calls.
- Desire to Learn.
- Good Time Management
- Numerical & Analytical Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office – Including Outlook & Excel
