Role overview
Provide customer service and safe, efficient guest transport within the airport terminal.
Passenger service and terminal support
- Give passengers information about airport rules, services, and facilities.
- Assist passengers as needed, especially elderly passengers, people of determination, and children.
- Coordinate passenger buggy transport for arrivals and departures with airport representatives.
- Work with terminal stakeholders to assist passengers and resolve problems.
- Monitor lift entrapment and panic alarm processes in line with ADA SOPs where required.
- Collect passenger feedback and special requests for continual improvement and contract reporting.
- Support passengers during emergencies.
- Report faults to concerned departments and unattended items according to SOP; keep team leaders informed.
- Attend briefings, follow handover procedures, and suggest service or work-process improvements where relevant.
Standards and information
- Provide clear and concise information about airport rules, services, and facilities.
- Adhere to ADA standards, policies, processes, and procedures.
