About the Position
High Trading International (HTI), a leading name in the industry, is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in customer service and call center environments, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Achieve daily/weekly outbound calling targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs.
Deliver excellent communication and customer service at all times.
Requirements: Diploma or equivalent education required. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (call center/customer service).
Strong outbound calling experience with a focus on target achievement.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Proficient in CRM and call center tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
