Key responsibilities
- Respond to phone and email inquiries about soil testing, construction material analysis, and laboratory services.
- Explain available tests, sample requirements, pricing, and standard turnaround times.
- Guide clients through sample documentation, labeling, and delivery procedures.
- Schedule sample pickups and coordinate site visits with field technicians.
- Log client requests and sample information in the laboratory information management system.
- Track testing and provide status updates; prepare quotations, confirmations, test reports, and invoices.
- Maintain interaction, submission, and result records; follow up on pending documents, payments, or sample requirements.
- Refer specialized technical questions to laboratory supervisors or engineers; assist with filing, data entry, and report preparation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or client coordination; laboratory, engineering, or construction services experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Good written and verbal English communication; Arabic proficiency is required.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, accuracy, task prioritization, and customer-focused professionalism.
- Customer service or office administration certification is preferred.
- Basic construction materials or laboratory testing knowledge is helpful but not required.
