Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Investigate, research, and resolve customer issues with attention to detail.
- Handle challenging or dissatisfied customers professionally and empathetically.
- Track, document, and follow up on customer requests in a timely manner.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
Requirements and Preferences
- At least one year of aesthetic clinic experience is required.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Call center experience is preferred.
- Candidates must be able to commute to or relocate to Dubai before starting work.

- The role requires availability to work on weekends.
