Customer Service Advisor

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries about construction services, building materials, and project status; explain product availability, pricing, and services.
• Direct requests to project managers, sales, or technical staff; schedule appointments and coordinate client meetings.
• Maintain accurate client records and update contact information in the company database.
• Prepare and send service confirmations, quotations, and follow-up communications; assist with documentation and project paperwork.
• Resolve routine concerns and escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Supervisor.
• Follow up on pending documentation, payments, and outstanding requirements.
• Support sales and operations with filing, data entry, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Business Administration diploma or certificate or related field is preferred.
• At least two years of customer service, client coordination, or administrative support experience; construction, trading, or contracting experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Good written and verbal English communication; Arabic proficiency is required.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and accuracy; ability to manage and prioritize multiple client requests.
• Professional demeanor and client-focused approach.
• Construction or building materials terminology familiarity is an advantage.

Compensation

• Pay is SAR 6,000–7,000 per month.

• Work location is in person.
