Handles customer inquiries and supports bookings, records, service issues, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person with timely, accurate information.
- Manage customer records and documentation; coordinate bookings or registrations for experience programs.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction, resolve service issues, and escalate complex cases.
- Explain services, schedules, and policies to customers.
- Work with internal teams to improve customer experience processes.
- Support reporting and data entry while maintaining service standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer support and service skills in a professional environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication with diverse customers and colleagues.
- Administrative support experience, including data entry, documentation, and basic reporting.
- Proficiency with office software and customer service tools such as CRM or ticketing systems.
- Able to work on-site in Doha and collaborate effectively in a multicultural team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor's degree is advantageous.
- Customer-facing, hospitality, or events experience, or exposure to experience programs, is beneficial.
