- Handle incoming calls and client inquiries professionally.
- Manage staff scheduling and daily coordination.
- Respond to emails and maintain effective communication with clients and staff.
- Support sales activities and assist in client acquisition and follow-up.
- Perform administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive client experience.
- Be flexible and available to support operational requirements as needed.
Requirements
✔ Bilingual (Arabic and English).
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and professional email correspondence.
✔ Basic sales and client relationship management skills.
✔ Previous experience in customer service, administration, healthcare, or nursing services is preferred.
✔ Candidates with experience in a similar field will be given preference.
✔ Flexible, proactive, and willing to support operational needs beyond routine administrative tasks.
